Guide to Resetting (Changing) your OSIS password.

Welcome back, students! We know how important it is to stay connected and access all the resources you need. Today, we’re here to guide you through a simple process to reset your student portal password.

  • Visit www.aamusted.edu.gh 
  • Click on students’ mail to open it in the next tab.
  • To log in to the student’s mail, you will need Username and Password. Make sure you type it correctly.
  • For example, if my ten-digit Index Number is 1234567890, then your username will be 1234567890@st.aamusted.edu.gh
  • The password will be the same index number, thus 1234567890 in my case.
  • Click on Login to enter your student’s mail

If you log in successfully to your mail then you can now proceed to reset your OSIS password, otherwise, visit the SRO (Students Records Office).  Follow the steps below to reset your password.

  • Keep the student mail tab open and go back to the AAMUSTED website tab again.
  • Click on OSIS Students (that’s your portal) and wait for it to open.
  • Click on Forget password.
  • You’ll be prompted to enter your Students mail eg. 1234567890@st.aamusted.edu.gh
  • When prompted to verify that you’re not a robot, you’ll need to complete a simple step. Look for the checkbox or button that says “I’m not a robot” and click on it.
  • When faced with the picture-based CAPTCHA challenge, the system will present you with a set of images and ask you to select specific ones based on a given criterion. Look for the images that meet the requested condition, such as “Select all images containing cars” or “Click on all the squares.” Click on the relevant images as directed to confirm that you’re not a robot.
  • Click on reset. 
  • The reset link will be sent to your student’s mail.
  • Open the mail and click click on the blue bar labelled “Reset your password“.
  • A new tab will open for you to enter a new password and confirm it.
  • You should see “Password reset successful”
  • You’ll be redirected to login or you can reopen OSIS students to log in.
