Dr. Isaac Monney is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Health and Sanitation Education. He has close to a decade of teaching and research experience in environmental health and sanitation. He has worked on numerous water and sanitation projects funded by the European Union, World Bank, DFID and USAID. He has a background in Civil Engineering and holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Sanitation and Waste Management. He has authored more than 20 scientific articles and serves as a reviewer for internationally reputable journals. His research interests are in Water Treatment, Environmental Sanitation and Public Health

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering and Management and a doctorate degree in Environmental Sanitation and Waste Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. I have about a decade of teaching, research and consultancy experience in the field of water and sanitation. My research interests are in wastewater recycling, resource recovery from solid waste and water-health nexus
