Prof. Isaac Monney is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Environmental Health and Sanitation Education, Akenten Appiah-Menkah University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development. He has a strong background in Civil Engineering and holds a Doctoral degree in Environmental Sanitation and Waste Management. He has over a decade of interdisciplinary research, teaching and consulting experience and has authored more than thirty peer-reviewed articles. His research focus is on Environmental Health and Sanitation. He has been involved in numerous consultancy and research projects funded by reputable international organisations and development partners, including EU, USAID, IWA and WSUP. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Ghana Institution of Engineering and an active member of the International Water Association, International Solid Waste Association and the Ghana Science Association.
