Servicing Ticket

Welcome to ICT Services Unit Ticket. This ticketing is meant for college staffs only, which will help the college ICT Services to keep track of works or services that needs to be done and also our overall work output. It will also help the user or the staff to keep report of its complaints. All complaints or services needed by a staff has to be logged here before assistance could be rendered.

Apart from complaints and services, inquiries can also be made here.

To use this platform, click on the yellow message icon on the down right corner of this page. Enter your email and name in the fields provided and you will be attended to in less than five (5) minutes.

Note: Please note that we will likely not be able to reply you after working hours. But leave your message we will get to you in the next day or if is over the weekends then, after weekends.
