The Directorate is responsible for the development and maintenance of all physical infrastructural facilities, including buildings, plant, equipment, utilities, roads, byways, grounds, and gardens of the Campus in an efficient and effective manner.

The Directorate manages the Maintenance Office, and oversees projects and maintenance work executed by the Office. It ensures management and control of land use and the maintenance of records on all land transactions entered into by and on behalf of the Campus, and the discharge of any other assignments that are deemed necessary.
