CAMPUS RESTAURANT

Applications are invited from suitable restaurant operators who wish to operate the restaurant business at AAMUSTED, Asante Mampong campus.

The University has the underlisted facilities, conducive for running a restaurant and wishes to rent them out to interested operators. These are:

  1. Kitchen
  2. Store room
  3. Office
  4. Eating area
  5. Washrooms for client.

MODALITIES FOR OPERATION

Interested operators should be able to;

  • provide a restaurant befitting the status of a 21’t Century University.
  • ensure good conduct, efficiency and discipline in the area of client care as well as setting quality standards.
  • ensure effective management of the catering unit (Food production).
  • provide decent eating environment in addition to befitting setup.
  • maintain hygienic environment
  • ensure food quality controls.

QUALIFICATION

  1. Certificate to operate.
  2. Individual who can secure a certificate to operate within two months after agreement.
  3. Operators with considerable number of experiences will have an added advantage.
